Please note that our boutique is located out of Australia Post's next-day-delivery network and therefore express delivery in metropolitan areas will take between 1-3 business days and regional areas between 1-4 business days from day of dispatch to arrive.
Items will only be dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using express post, a registered freight service by Australia post. Tracking numbers are recorded and emailed to you, along with confirmation of your order being sent.
We recommend sending to a business or PO box if your home address will be unattended during the day. We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen parcels once we have lodged them with the carrier.
We offer free express shipping on all Australian orders over $150. All orders under $150 are a flat rate shipping fee of $14 AUD (express).
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 12pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During sale periods, processing time may be longer. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24-48 hours of next business day. Once dispatched, Australia Post provides Mint Boutique customers with a 1-3 day delivery service (express) however, please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 days for Western Australia.
Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow minimum 3 business days for delivery, plus an additional 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and mint boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.
Mint Boutique happily ships globally with the exception of a few countries.
We charge a flat rate of $50 and orders are shipped using ‘standard international post’, which is trackable via the australia post website, and requires a signature on arrival.
Tracking number will be recorded and emailed to you.
Note: this option does not provide insurance, if you wish to add insurance onto your item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.
For all international customers please allow between 5-10 business days for shipping, although certain destinations may take longer in which case mint boutique cannot accept responsibility if this shall occur.
In the case that your parcel hasn’t arrived in the above stated time frame please contact our customer service personal via email email@example.com and we will endeavor to track your order for you.
Mint Boutique unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be, imposed rest with the customer.
